Hello: Beat Heat Eat wants to take the fuss out of food prepping and cooking. If you know a simple way to get something hot (or cold) in your mouth, send in your recipes using the 'Submit Stuff' link above.
I'll check it out and if it's good to go I'll publish it on here, or maybe, just maybe, in the next edition of Beat Heat Eat. Cool, huh? You'll get the credit too.
If you own a copy of Beat Heat Eat: Let's face it. The recipes in Beat Heat Eat are edible, but they're probably going to need a bit of tweaking.
Along the bottom of each page there's a section for adding your own notes and modifications. If you've got a mod for a recipe in Beat Heat Eat that works for you, hit the 'Mods & Notes' link and share it with the rest of the world.
If you don't own a copy of Beat Heat Eat: That's okay, too. Have a look around and then get stuck into the 'Freebies' link. There's a couple of BeatHeatEat-erised recipes there for you to chow down on. You can still submit stuff as well, and you can be nearly famous if your recipe gets published.
Join the mailing list - Become a Spoonbender: Spoonbender is the name given to those who have answered the call and joined the mailing list. Go on, do it now. Click the ' Join the Mailing List' link. You'll receive free BeatHeatEat-erised recipes in your inbox plus some other quirky gear I generate. It's all good.
I'm fresh out of 'Fork You' tees. If you want one register your interest here (stick 't-shirt' somewhere in the message), and if I get enough pre-orders to do a small print run, I will.
$30.00 bucks (plus some p&h) will get you one of these sweet tees. Yeaah!
